Why do you think the deals will not flow like water? Dozens of companies have been in negotiations to liscence the MMP for a few months now. Sony was one of them. Have they all broke off negotiations because Sony signed? Would the dozens of companies that were already in negotiations prior to the SHM not receive a discounted rate as first movers in their industry sectors. Am I missing something here?
