Although I am extremely disappointed with what has occurred to the pps since the TPL announcement re. Sony and the subsequent DP ``blockbuster`` pr I am still looking for the ``pony``.
The word strategic was used several times in referring to why Sony was not included in the Texas filing. As I feel that words mean something then I believe we still have not learned what the strategy was in getting Sony to the table, YET.
One of the definitions that Webster uses to define strategic is , ``of great improtance withina an integrated whole or to a planned effect``.
As Ron has often stated we have some of the best if not the best litigators working for us. In addition most of us seemed to have agreed after the shm that TPL with the Leckrones at the wheel appeared to know what they were doing. I am hopeful that we will eventually learn what the strategy was in regard to Sony and the lawsuit.
A few other points and then it is off to the office:
TPL has the right to review and approve all Patriot p.r.`s therefore I think they were hired for their ability to get the news out not to write it.
IMO, I feel the float is the one major factor (besides the mm`s and Swartz) holding us down in sp. When I first bought into PTSC the float was about one fifth or less of what it is now. I am hopeful the DP and the board are currently working to rectify this situation. I am hopeful that they let us know they are doing this as every little bit off the table helps in reality and perception.
As Always God Bless
