comparing the size of the companies or what the gross income was in 2005.
We know that Casio and Fujitsu received early bird specials. Casio paid much less than Fujitsu because they are a smaller company, right? Since Fujitsu paid $30M, how
does Fujitsu compare in size to Casio and Sony. Can someone find this information? Perhaps a discount for Sony is proportional to gross income when comparing companies? Could it be possible that Sony is two or three times larger than Fujitsu? If they are, wouldn`t 60M to 90M be considered a discount for their size. Wouldn`t the $60M to $90M be considered a significant discount for Sony compared to a trial settlement of 150M or higher?
All the best,
Steve
