Drebbin,
You sell shares in order to raise capital. Why on earth would PTSC issue 1/2B shares when we have cash on hand and are about to receive more from the Sony payout? What makes you think we are cash challenged? Do you not see cash on the balance sheet? This company needs to STOP issuing warrants/options/shares is they want the buyback to have any effect.
