I`m not sure what point you`re trying to make Can. All I`m saying is Pohl doesn`t have to do squat to the share price. One of his options is to pay 250K and his stock is valued at 1.5 mil by today`s prices available to sell at any time. If Pohl really believes in the company, he`ll pay for the shares and sell enough to get the 250K back while sitting on the rest. I`m saying that without knowing his salary situation.
