Welcome aboard,

No mgmt manipulation going on. This company is in a unique position, do some research and you will find that at the moment we are 1/2 owner of a company that holds the rights to the patents.... The MMP Portfilio. The other 1/2 is owned by a company called TPL, and TPL has been given the right to do all the licensing. PTSC has our CEO on board at the joint company to push our intrests but TPL is in total control as to who, how and how much each deal goes for. PTSC will then get just less than 1/2 ( we have to come up with our share of expenses). That don`t answer you question though.

``Manipulation by mgmt`` well, TPL and PTSC mgmt is doing a good job. It may seem and it could be true that TPL and PTSC may have different agendas, but that don`t mean they are manipulating the company or stock price.

There is a problem with stock holders however, we know of a few who own tens of millions of shares each, some are in a trust that members of the trust fight over things. These shareholder are close to the company, they ( as we are wondering ) could be manipulating the stock price. We wonder if they short the stock, while holding so many shares, and by back lower....what would it hurt for them, worst case they loose a few of the share they already own. Ok, we ask some of them about this at the shareholders meeting and they said they were not selling there shares..LOL ( IMO , that would be a true statement even it they are manipulating the stock, as long as they haven`t be caught on a up swing and had to sell some.) We don`t know for sure, FWIW.

The other problem , which is for sure true, IMO ) is the fact that we are on the OTC,BB. Or market makers, MM`s, trade this stock in a very funny way. Some here even think it is in a borderline illegal way. They have called for an SEC investigation into the practices.

Third problem is that we are in a lawsuit by a law firm trying to gain a huge % of our money for themselves for a former contract we had with them that went bad,and they were fired.

Those are the problems, not too bad, the big one IMO is the OTC exchange. We need to get to the AMEX, where there are different rules.

I believe with the Sony deal now inked....we are in a much better postion to get more deals.

Good Luck.
