Fujitsu and Sony were willing to negotiate. They were our first priority to liscence of the dozens of early round companies ``seeking liscenses`` because of their strategic importance to the J3 case. With these deals out of the way it frees up more resources to complete liscensing settlements from the remaining dozens of early rounders.

These deals will come at a faster pace if they are not all but settled already.

The J3 are probably in negotiations now with TPL as well.

Is it possible that we haven`t heard anything from the Texas court because, one, two or all of the remaining J3 are in negotiations or that we need to drop another from the law suit because they are in negotiations now?

Question for the Lawyers on this board. Do we have to re-file if we need to drop another company from the law suit? And if yes, would this change our position for a court date?
