Good question. Without getting technical and just making a guess...INMO I would say definitely yes. Qualcomm manufactures ``Chipsets`` for cell phones for example that I believe have integrated processors on board. Without readng the white papers on Qualcomm`s chipset(s), I honestly can`t say for sure. You have probably heard the term System On Chip or SOC, pretty much means a chip that has all the components built into one chip, ie processor, memory, etc. Cell Phones, because of their size, utilize SOC. So, based on this little knowledge, I assme yes, but could be 100% wrong. This is the kind of questions the engineers at the TPL group answer. Basically, the TPL guys would work with the Qualcomm guys and disect the technology to either prove or disprove infringement. From what was explained at April`s SHM, this has been the approach so far with the companies that have settled. I like this approach, because it seems to me that all of the leg work, disclosure, etc has been accomplished prior to going to court, and it really makes us look like a reputable company, and not the ``Patent Troll`` that you read about in the press. Anyways, good question. GLTA
