I have a question for the board

In the 2+ years that I have been back in the stock, I don`t think that I have ever seen the stock rise without being driven by news or a press release.

My question(s), does anyone recall a previous time where this happened? Or do you think that this rise is the result of yesterday`s shareholder meeting announcement?
