hates uncertainty and the J3 legal issue is definitely an uncertainty. While announcements like Sony and Nikon are good news and reinforce the faith of the faithful, the market still sees that legal battle as a great big rock and just keeps settin` right back on top of our shareprice. That`s OK for those of us who know what we own and welcome the chance to continue buying at what we know is below the real value of the stock. My point, be happy where we are no matter what level that is. Our day will come and it will be huge...JMHO
