We ran up because EVERYONE thought we would have immediate settlements AND none of us knew about the FISH lawsuit and then there is also the old law firm law suit.

We are less risk, we are VERY attractive now (but still as EDIG points out the uncertainty spells risk). Settle J3 and Fish and we go past $5, get on Nasdaq, keep on signing licensing deals, retire 10% of float, and we go past $10 ...

all of course in my feeble mind
