WHY buy an overvalued, over-the-counter stock of a company the appears to operate under the table...

Just WHAT does the CEO do to get bonused 1.5 millions shares??? REALLY???

Like Anallust wondered, WERE these shares for replacement or bonus as solicited from the shareholders?...that Anallust is either a lot smarter or a bit more stupid than it thinks...just a side note that any type of backdating options can lead to jail time...
