I figured I would make a matrix with each licensee and amount paid to PTSC. Estimate $40 million is the nuisance fee threshold. Despite no one yet paying more than this threshold, the fact a few have paid more than $10 million does some validating. No company will give millions to some patent troll without review. Does this sound right so far as we know?
