Lets not forget that there were two reasons we were thrilled that TPL filed in Texas.....

1) The rocket docket?

2) The fact that the court has a reputation of being fair and looking favorable on the truth even if it means the multi nationals are found to be in error.

As far as we know #2 is still valid and defintely in our favor.
