I addressed the post to Ron as he is the resident wise man on this board and with Brian who is now on the mountain top and Rash and Virt and Guyver and ads, kidd, ease etc.... have for years had a good take on what is going on (well Rash when he is not in the Bronco or in the garden with the gargoyles).

As far is your post I agree that TPL will still be going after the dozens and hundreds and I too hope that we sign many before mid 2007 however what I was asking Ron was what his opinion on filing legal proceeding`s against the worst foot draggers of the lot. He had a take on this awhile back and I am curious what his position is now with the timeline information we received today.
