It seems that there is some weight to the fact we are willing to go to court. And while it is a year away, it still shows infringers that court is one alternative. Meanwhile, negotiating a licensing deal is the more attractive alternative. We should see many of these during the course of the year, as we await the showdown. We should inch ahead.
