``..misfits in the White House unable to master the economy, energy planning, or a failed war.``
Actually, and factually, the economy is and has been growing quite robustly; no doubt the result of tax cuts which benefit workers and consumers as well as investors and those who create jobs. There are any number of metrics available to support the fact that the economy of late is quite healthy (you just won`t hear about it on network news)
And, although energy commodity prices are set by global traders (shh, not big bad oil co`s), it is actually environmental wackos that have stymied sound energy policy, contributed to the lack of adequate capacities, refining or other, ultimately driving consumer prices significantly higher than they need to be, should be, could be.
Finally, the Iraq war continues to progress in the right direction (not fast enough for the `instant gratification generation` of course), but I am sure 99% of Iraqis agree they are going to be far better off with individual liberty and democratic freedoms, as opposed to tyranny and fear; not to mention the world being safer as terrorists are systematically liquidated. There has not been an attack in this country since 9/11 -- that is perfection; who could have done better? Ah yes, if the president`s predecessor was in office, the drive-by media would be bowing down in homage to such effectiveness.
Sorry to go off topic again, but I will never allow inaccuracies to go unchecked, nor refrain from defending what is just.
