Just trying to make a point for others to be more reasonable with their expectations. In a perfect world we could sue them all and get a lotto type jury award simular to,,,say a blackberry type.. I just can`t see any company paying what that guy calls ``full boat`` unless required to do so by a jury.

I would like to keep getting settlements short term and actually go to trial with the J3. I`ve posted such in the past. It would put us in a better bargining position going forward. But , if we don`t and TPL gets in a hurry to get their ``a bird in the hand`` cash outs......well, I can still see that as not being a faliure.

And if we do get some lotto results in the future.....WOW,

BTW, hard working oil drillers do, at times, hit the mother load.
