Yes, IMO, they can just say that, so they get a letter from us putting them on notice. Without a lawsuit, they can say no all they want. We learned that from X, and with one lawsuit win, X still got told no. X could never afford to sue anyone else and went under.
We here have the $ to sue, so if we do, then yes you are correct and have a point. The J3 are the only ones that are being forced not to say no.
I`m just trying to keep expectations real, so to speak, and hope I under estimate...LOL
It didn`t work that way with our last venture, and they held several patents I though were very good. I`m looking forward to getting it right this time.
How about.....win against the J3 in court and fill the Texas docket with infringers for years to come, that would work. Sue the all and go for the big bucks, however I believe TPL will settle with all the can. JMO
