I am definitely not one of the ``elite``, but I have asked the same question to a CPA friend who is also invested in PTSC. He says, based on what he has read, repurchased shares are still listed as float, and can be used to reward management as well acquire other companies. Just an opinion, not sure if it is fact. GLTA
