disagree with your basic premise. While 4-3 is a conservative reverse it is still a reverse. The concern I have is the view the market takes of reverse splits. I fear we will get an unwarranted branding as a loser and wind up taking major hits on our holdings as well as our shareprice. I truly believe management has a plan to accomplish reduction of the float without the trauma of a reverse. But, as alway, I KNOW nothing as Rick would say and I would certainly yield to those more knowledgeable in matters of the market. Just don`t like the sound of ``reverse split.`` Kinda leaves the same sour taste as kinchee in my mouth. :>))
