Last years 10 KSB was filed on 9/13, after an extention filing submitted on 8/26.

Patriots quarter for 2005 ended 5/31/05...so they filed for the extention about 5 days short of 90 days.

Back in 2004, they filed on time, 8/19...

Im betting on a late filing this time, to aid in keepng numbers as vague for as long as possible.

Regardless, we can put this out of our minds for the next 60 days or so.
