Those are the general asumptions I and probably the majority fo the thread are working to...I view the J3 suit as a strong litmus test...

As far as losing...? a win is never...NEVER a sure thing. I view are chances as better than average, but all it takes is a legal team with a unique and compelling point of view, and the tables can turn rapidly.

As far as other suits?...who knows, but i`d say the chances are diminished as we move along...
