That may have happened. I was just speculating that the 5 million shares for the options were from a previous buyback that went into the treasury. I do not know that as a fact. However, if we just run with the same line of speculation then why not assume that they have bought back more than 5 million shares. Your thought of 5 million for options and 5 million off the float is a possiblity.

Keep in mind that DP said a buyback would put shares into the treasury for possible buyback`s etc.... I do not remember where he said that these shares (when it happens will be retired.
