What you are proposing is purely hypothetical. Why would PTSC management do it?...Smooth earnings quarter over quarter? Create instant dilution, raising stockholder ire? Raise questions in shareholders minds whether management is competent enough to create shareholder wealth by other means.

The basic accounting is in my garage. IF I have the time this weekend, i`ll look into it.
