As an attorney who has been engaged in complex settlement negotiations with many parties at the same time, I know there are sound reasons why Pohl et. al are not turning over their cards at this time to say ``we settled with so-and-so for twenty-five million.``

They either know what they are doing and you have faith in their capabilities, or they don`t. If you believe the former, you are likely a LONG. If you believe the latter, you should question why you are holding this stock. It is about that simple.

And if you don`t own the stock any longer because you believe PTSC/TPL don`t know what they are doing, there is no reason for you to be on the board spreading manure--unless there is some other financial incentive for you do to be doing so.
