I believe he means that TPL is building a formidable war chest and that the battle lines are being drawn. Sign now and you will be given consideration for doing so - make us hunt you down and, well as I said, we have a formidable war chest and legal beagles that know how to use it. In short, we are picking low hanging fruit. Those out of reach are just going to continue to ripen and go up in value. JMHO
