In the for what its worth dept, I license several consumer products. One of them is a major racing network, my invoices state ``royalty`` but we pay the fee only once.
I think the angst over one word in a PR is a bit over blown. I get it, lots of folks would like to see a recurring revenue stream. As far as we know, that is not what TPL is doing.
Once we (and more importantly, Wall Street) see the numbers, we could see the pps growth that many here believe we should have today.
For my money, slow and steady is worth the wait.
