Another thought came to mind...you do know that the J3 and maybe about 300 more companies are reading these PR`s. You can rest assured that was no mistake ,but a brusque-ish message to 300 companies....esp. the J3.

For the record , I agree with ease....royalties ( in our context ) just means the $ we get for the license,all up front as TPL get it. The context of the PR said that the royalties rates are going up, that would mean that the % and $ collected are going up from before...and before we all know as one timers. So read nothing into the comment, except the fact that other companies are reading the PR`s and TPL is trying to squeeze the cash out of them.
