This is where a lawyer come in handy.........We are signing many deals...........It would be hard to believe that the J3 are not using the same IP as the co`s that have settled.....Can this be brought up in court if /when this can be proven......Can a past infringer be used in court as a witness.......????

It appears that they would be FOOLS not to settle if the masses say , Yes we have infringed........Comments....
