As reprehensible as a shill is, what do you think of a trader in a stock that just posts negative things, ignoring any positive information regarding the stock, in the hopes of swaying sentiment in the stock so that he may somehow benefit. After all, a shill and the person I just described are basically doing the same thing - dishonestly trying to sway ones opinion on a stock by focusing only on the positives or negatives of the stock.
