Well, Marc, guess you are talking to ME as well as other newbies. (Mid-May 06, but lurked for a couple of months prior). I have some of it figured out, but it takes time.

It really does. However, in the end, you know who the players are and what there agenda is. May not be able to figure out the WHY, but you get it. Patience with the newbies is appreciated.
