You`re misquoting me again. Never said all gaps fill. Been over it many times. Indirect discrediting (via the gap)never works.
So it`s jim dandy fine Pohl is using shareholder money to let people like TPL out at a buck. TPL is in control. Why would they want out at a buck with this bright future? It`s just jim dandy fine that insiders are alerted to news releases to sell into them. The shareholder doesn`t get any appreciation from the news releases. And it`s A-OK the stock buyback only amounts to dilution to the float, not any real reduction. It doesn`t matter when the filings were issued, May or June, the shareholder is being abused to the tune of 23 million more shares, I question your motives.
