sort of like ``we do not negotiate with terrorists`` because if we did, it opens the doors for other terrorists. So to the J3, PTSC is a terrorist. They may be of the mindset that they must fight all the way. BIG picture. Long term thinking. Hopefully though, they concur that the patents are legit and the right and honorable thing to do is to pay.
