I would echo that statement as well. Even ``Cell Microprocessor`` Technology IMO appears to infringe on at least 2 of our patents. Seems to me that the holdouts are just delaying the inevitable. If they are holding out because they don`t believe they are infringing, IMVHO, it must be because they are challenging the validity of the patents, not the fact that they use the technology.
