IntellaSys Names Michael Connors Vice President, Worldwide Operations

CUPERTINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 5, 2006--IntellaSys today announced that Michael Connors has joined the company as VP, Worldwide Operations reporting to Chet Brown, president and CEO. In his new post, Connors will oversee IntellaSys manufacturing, reliability and quality processes as well the global supply chain for the company`s SEAforth(TM), OnSpec(TM) and Indigita(TM) product lines.

``Michael`s more than 25 years of global electronics manufacturing experience make him especially qualified to manage IntellaSys worldwide operations,`` said Brown. ``We look forward to leveraging his extensive knowledge in formulating and implementing quality programs as well as his first-hand experience in working with manufacturing operations around the world.``

Prior to joining IntellaSys, Connors served as VP for SyberSay Communications where he managed operations, manufacturing and quality. Before this, he consulted for a number of high-tech companies including Australia based Stone Microsystems, Cirrus Logic, M-Systems and Pertec Memories. He also managed an expatriate assignment for Seagate Technology in Singapore during which he developed an extensive knowledge of Asian suppliers and manufacturing operations. Connors holds a BS in Mathematics from Michigan Technological University.
