1: the numbers are low, this would make sense, and it`s what everone seems to be thinking. Not letting other companies in on the low number facts. Makes no sense, they can back figure like we can after the quarter is done. Does TPL think that an open policy makes for harder negotiating? OR,,make a closed policy now and that will make negotiating easier later???
2: TPL is in fact, expecting to make larger and larger deals and in doing so believes that there will be a need for a ``hide the Money`` policy to squeeze out more $. I will repeat, these companies can back figure, this kind of policy would only work if we were to get, like maybe 10 companies to settle all in the same quarter, less could be semi back figured ( and the sum doesn`t have to be exact)...anyone can come up with a par figure and then weight it to bigger companies.)
Expect the low numbers
The closed book policy is flawed and useless, I agree with Ron.
Open book policy, laying it all out in public , negotiate with confidence....even semi arrogance, bold and in charge.
No cloak-and-dagger ! And , BTW...what do we care if they want an agreement to hide the numbers from thier own shareholders, bury it in a line item deep in there report.
The bigger they are , the easier that would be.
I hope Pohl responds to Ron with more than, ``I`m trying``..LOL
Don`t forgt.....we are doing pretty good, just might not be as Super Great that some wanted right here and now.
I do hope that comes sooner that later though, I am human after all...LOL
