of the master agreement and your take on an 8K at this juncture being unnecessary is right on but that does not preclude Patriot from issuing Guidance. You and I have spoken about this before and I think we agree a carefully worded Guidance pr would go a long way to resolving the frustrations of current longs and may/hopefully would encourage new investors to take positions.

Guidance, is that to much to ask......?
