Yep, you make good points. I don`t see a reverse split as probability.
While there are certainly companies that have been successful using reverse splits, my experience has been nothing short of terrible.
I believe there are a lot of long term investors that would sell upon the announcement of a reverse split, myself included. The odds are not good and, at this point in PTSC`s life cycle, this is a pure speculation stock with uncertain legal issues. We (and all of Wall Street) do not even KNOW the actual numbers of the latest agreements. Thus, the current stagnation of the pps, IMO.
Foe me, I will be adding to my position as I believe most of the uncertainty will be cleared up with the next round of Q / K reports. I just don`t know how low the MM`s will take it, so I`ll dollar cost average. IMO, a good way to invest in a speculation stock.
