borredo - Yep... I`m the one who said the $.83 - $.86 gap would someday be filled. Now that it has been I do not think the gap at $.40 (it is only a penny) will ever be filled unless Patriot goes belly up or the patents are ruled invalid. Not ALL gaps are filled but in my 25 years investing in stocks I would say well over 95% do get filled at some point.
