may be because the dollars for licenses for this quarter is enough to show positive growth. Announcing any more deals may send the PPS higher which is not what PTSC wants at this time for share buy back.

Perhaps PTSC was not buying around a $1.00 and the ratcheting down of the PPS is occurring to get at the buy level.
