Remember my concerns over TPL being over us? And would they shift resources once it was in their best interest. Consider that Intellysis and now stated that their new chip design does not use clocking and does NOT infringe upon the MMP portfolio. Consider then that licensing enforcement could be used as a stick to encourage designers towards Intellysis chip. And PTSC winds up with patents that are no longer pertinent. Of course that would take a few years, so even more reason, the monies received today must be invested wisely, to recreate who we are. I don’t see TPL staying with us for more than a year or two. Which means Alliacense would be gone. Bottom line, I think TPL is playing both sides so they can’t lose
