I am glad to see Jim jump in so quickly with his oponion. I don`t see how he can take on the FTC, however. The media played this to the hilt today! I don`t think that the story will die anytime soon either. Hope we see some backers of Jim`s opinion---we may need them once people start to realize how it could effect us. Good luck, ads

I have read several things that indicated that the FTC is doing this (RMBS case) in order to set royalty rates. Maybe ``it is a good thing`` that we are not talking royalties at this time.
