That should be right. A poster on RB stated that he talked with Ken this AM and was told that the filing was due on the 29th and that they have 15 days after that to get it in and that the next one should be 45 days after that. I wonder where the Sony numbers will show up.

When Pohl said that the revnues can`t be revealed until the filings (in the Pentax PR) he did not state that new deals can`t be announced. TPL has always been first to announce--on a couple of them they seemed to jump the gun even (AEB: awaiting BOD approval). I don`t see why they would all of a sudded clam up about announcing new deals. I guess anything could happen--and I hope that is the case. Good luck, ads
