Enter the big corporate influence in the halls of our
government. this bill reeks and patents should remain in
possesion of the creator and NOT left to the interpretation
of courts or a regulating body. This is an attempt to
protect large corporate infringers of patents to weasel
ther way out of infringement claims. This bill sounds
like a ``you use it, you own it`` proposal. Most patent
creators do not have ``corporate resources`` to manufacture
or market an ``idea``. How many coporations have gone after
the little guy for infringement? It is the only vehicle
an inventor can use to protect himself and his idea.
The courts are going to take this away? Because europe
does it? Because campaign contributors and lobbyist want more profit with out infringement recourse?
I hope this bill is not passed.
