It`s not to blame in total the running things but why does our BOD agree to reduce share price and mc without any reaction?

I don`t get the feeling at the moment that we are by our BOD in the right manner. Will be a nice upcomming SMH. I Don`t think some will come just to have a drink. IMO, Mr. Pohl&Co. have to face very critical questions.
