At the SMH, Hawk knew who to target and feel out with questions at the SHM. Part of their job (IMO) is to gauge, keep interest in (read tout) and gather feedback for their clients. Since Hawkins is ex-CIA, I suspect (dont` laugh) they even do a touch of covert work shall I say, on the more popular boards. I`m not a complete grassy knoll theorist, but lets` just say I think their arms extend places and those arms are active.

They read the boards at a minimum, maybe do more than that too.

I also suspect they`re on the road a fair amount ``generating interest`` Last time I called in, Ken and Frank were in NYC. I don`t know specifics, but one could assume presentations and perhaps working to generate interest in their stable of companies, clients unknown.

Not to say Hawk isn`t/hasn`t in bed with Swartz, they had PPHM at one time too...

Am I sweating things now?...no. The way this ``feels`` is that trading is constricted, SP fluxuations are being exaggerated vs. the buy/sell volume.

Could we go lower?...sure, I don`t care.

TPL has one of the finest litigation teams in the world working this. One of the finest names in semiconductor expertise who was an advisor in the past with PTSC took the step to being on the BOD. Credibility goes both ways.

At this juncture in time, this is where fortunes are made, preserved, or lost...

Gut check.
