I was just wondering.....

With all the lawyers noted on the various filings for our suit in Marshall, both ours and theirs, do you have any guess what the legal cost could be in a suit such as ours? I realize that if a settlement occurs the cost are less then going to trial. However with the number of names that weve been shown, with their back office staff and technical staff with lawyer and discovery cost in the hundreds of dollars p/hr what would be a valid estimate in your mind?

It appears to me we are beginning to talk about serious legal cost for both sides.

Also, and I mean no disrespect to any attorney especially you but could the potential for big fee`s by all these attorniey`s be a road block in reaching a settlement sooner rather than later.? The legal teams have to know that by keeping this suit open and active their fee`s keep growing.

Last question, can we relate the large number of attorney`s acknowledged to be working on this suit indicative to the size of what we are talking about in the way of the total damages we are seeking?
