Options worth 1.5 million shares at .165 were awarded DP (as a result of discussions that began in June 2005, when the stock was trading around .165) Also, options awards for the Board were awarded at a strike of .70 for about 1.6 million shares. And it appears that the board has reserved 5 million shares worth of options at a strike of 1.03 for future performance based awards.

I am not a securities lawyer and Agora regulars know that I have not been a huge fan of management, but so far these awards (that are ``stairstepping`` to the upside)seem to be fair compensation to me.

BTW, 2 of our institutional holders sold out prior to June 30. It doesn`t look like we have any new holders.
