Yes, today and tomorrow. Today`s hearing is related to whether or not B&O should be allowed to see the entire licensing agreement between Intel and TPL/Moore. Tomorrow`s relates to whether or not Higgins testimony will be allowed, and also whether or not B&O should be disqualified. At leat that is my understanding.
